3. Employer responsibilities

Employers using kerja.com agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date company information.
• Ensure job listings include clear salaries and truthful descriptions.
• Not publicly display personal phone numbers or employee emails.
• Comply with Malaysian labour and anti-discrimination laws.

4. Jobseeker responsibilities

Jobseekers agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information and CVs.
• Use the platform politely and honestly.
• Not misuse the application or connection request system.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments for job credits, bumps, or employer verification are final once processed. We do not offer refunds except for proven technical errors approved by an administrator.

6. Content and moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing or profile that violates our policies, contains scams, or is deemed inappropriate. Moderation decisions are final.

7. Liability and disclaimer

kerja.com provides the platform "as is". We do not guarantee that you will find a job or hire someone. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user violating these terms without prior notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
