Customer Service Officer
Giving the best service for all customers in question and answer process, complaint handling and paging information
- Helping customer to give information about mall (tenants, events, facility, etc) in order to customer question and answer.
- Handling Customer Complaint, follow-up and monitor the complaint until done and make sure all complaint was handled with clear and customer happy.
- Care and responsive to all things that can be as problem and inconvenience for customer especially at public area and facility.
- Do mall orientation everyday in order to update all tenant info and promotion, finding all things that can be as problem and inconvenience for customer especially at public area and facility.
- Entry customer registration, transaction and redemption benefit accordingly to VIP Membership Program
- Serve customer in order to temporary using of wheel chair and VIP Kids Trolley
- Serve customer in order to taxi request and car call
- Paging information and promotion to all customer by paging system.
- Submit daily job duty report to Team Leader Customer Service on everyday.
- Perform Morning Greeting everyday in front of main entrance with Door Greeter and Security
Other Related Duties:
- Collect Customer Traffic Counting Data on everyday
- Responsible and maintain cleanness of Uniform.
- Maintain cleanness and prepare and make sure good perform of all service facility and work station (PC, Telephony, System Application) on CONCIERGE desk
- Have a good health condition
- Min 18 years old and Max 27 years old
- Educational background min Senior High School, prefered D3
- Min height 158 cm and Max 172 cm
- Have ideal and proportional body
- Not wearing glasses and no color blindness
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- full body photo must be attached (not close up)
- Min 1 years experience in Customer Service
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Good Communication/Pro Active, Dicipline, Teamwork
